Website scope
These terms describe use of the AfricAndroid public website, release API and download service operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello. If you do not agree with these website terms, discontinue use. Software licenses accompanying source code, APKs and dependencies govern rights in those materials and take precedence over inconsistent website terms.
Downloads and development status
Review each release’s compatibility information, development channel, signing fingerprint, checksum and notes before installation. Development builds may be incomplete or unstable. An APK installs an application and does not replace your operating system. Download availability does not guarantee compatibility, uninterrupted service, working SIP connectivity or suitability for a particular device.
Responsible use
Use the website and API lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious material, impersonate the operator or deliberately disrupt the service. Respect other users and applicable intellectual-property rights. These website rules do not restrict rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
Software licenses and branding
The repository root includes an Apache License 2.0. The native dialer and its dependencies have separate licensing notices. Review the license and notices applicable to the specific component and release. Keep required notices when redistributing. See the Copyright page for source and dependency links. Brand use must not imply authorization or endorsement that you do not have.
Availability and external services
Pages, releases and service features may change or become unavailable. GitHub, Android services, carriers and other third parties operate under their own terms. The website does not promise support response times, carrier service, Google Play licensing or future releases.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and download service are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Software warranty and liability provisions are governed by the applicable software licenses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Read the Privacy Policy for website information practices. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated effective date. For questions, use the project issue tracker; do not submit confidential information in public issues.
